Dougie Poynter: 'Rehab was very positive'

McFly star Dougie Poynter has claimed that checking into rehab was one of the best things he has ever done.

The bassist visited the Priory earlier this month to get over his split from Frankie Sandford and her subsequent relationship with footballer Wayne Bridge.

"It's one of the best things I've ever done in my whole life," he told the News of the World. "I'm still me but it's definitely been very positive. I don't know how I've changed. I try not to really think too much about it.

"It's all been a bit strange. I came out and went straight on tour. The only people I've seen have been my mum, my nan and these guys. But on the internet everyone's been cool. That feedback has been awesome."

Bandmate Harry Judd added: "We've grown up together. We've all been through ups and downs. I've been through some real lows but we're always there for each other."

Sandford has reportedly received death threats following her split from Poynter.

'Supernatural' exec teases Castiel battle

The executive producer of Supernatural has revealed that Castiel will be "backed against a corner" in future episodes.

Eric Kripke told TV Guide that Castiel (Misha Collins) will be desperate to fight against the "evil forces" on the show.

"The battle with Raphael and the war in Heaven gets hotter and hotter," he said. "Castiel's really backed against a corner as he's just battling to stop the evil forces in Heaven."

Meanwhile, Collins said: "He's assembling as powerful an arsenal as he possibly can. He's going to use all of those weapons to the best of his ability."

Supernatural returns for a new episode on April 15 on The CW.  And starts in June on the UK on SkyLivingHD.

Douglas Booth (born 1992 in London, England) is an English actor. His father is English and his mother is half Spanish, half Dutch. He rose to prominence when he played Boy George in the drama Worried About The Boy, shown on BBC2 in May 2010.

He first attended Solefield School in Sevenoaks where he used to play the trumpet before attending Bennett Memorial Diocesan School in Tunbridge Wells and Lingfield Notre Dame School in Lingfield, and previously acted with the National Youth Music Theatre and National Youth Theatre.

He has modelled in several campaigns for the luxury English label Burberry, including those alongside Emma Watson and Lily Donaldson.

In June 2010 it was reported Booth will appear alongside Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore in the comedy LOL: Laughing Out Loud.

In November 2010 he appeared on the front cover of Gay Times magazine.

Nathan Sykes, Wanted for being a hottie?

Nathan James Sykes, born 18 April 1993, is the youngest member of the band. He grew up in London for the first part of his childhood but then moved to Gloucester with his family. He started singing and performing at the early age of 6.

Sykes went to Longlevens Primary School, then received a scholarship for studying at Sylvia Young Theatre School in London, before returning to Ribston Hall High School. All the while, he continued to perform as a child singer winning various competitions including "Britney Spears's Karaoke Kriminals" in 2003, The Cheltenham Competitive Festival of Dramatic Art also in 2003.

He appeared on ITV's Ministry of Mayhem in 2004, and won the Door Youth Project's "Undiscovered Youth Talent Contest" held in Stroud, Gloucestershire performing "Mack The Knife". and signed for Live and Unsigned in Bristol in 2008. He was a member of Gloucestershire Youth Jazz Orchestra with Alex Macdougall (Dip ABRSM).

Most notably Sykes attempted to represent UK in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2004 held in Lillehammer, Norway. In the British qualifying finals, he sang "Born to Dance" coming 3rd overall, after winner Cory Spedding and runner-up Andrew Merry.

The Wanted confirm iTunes festival slot

British band The Wanted have been confirmed to play an iTunes festival date this summer.    The 'Gold Forever' band are set to play Camden's Roundhouse on July 6.

Ahead of the announcement the band said that they don't intend to strip off on stage, admitting that McFly have them beaten in the torso department.

"McFly have much better bodies than us," group member Siva Kaneswaran told Metro.

"If it was for a good cause we'd strip, but McFly take the trophy. We can't can't compete with them."

He further added that it would not cause tension if a member of The Wanted was to come out as gay, saying: "I don't think that's going to happen. If anyone did say they were gay, we'd just accept them the way they are."

The iTunes festival organisers have previously announced that Adele and Jessie J will also perform headline shows.

We said it first!!! But… 'Supernatural' execs hopeful for future

We mentioned weeks ago about how Supernatural will most likely be commissioned for a 7th season, all the other sites are finally getting the drift we are right!

The executive producers of Supernatural have suggested that the show could be renewed for another season.

Speaking to E! Online, Eric Kripke and Sera Gamble explained that they are confident enough about the show's future to end the current run with some unanswered questions.

"We're looking pretty good," Kripke said. "We're bullish enough on it that we cliffhang the finale."

Gamble added: "I feel an obligation to answer a fair amount of questions, but also to cliffhang some stuff for next season. We have some stuff cliffhanging at the end of season six, so hopefully, knock on wood, we have a season seven."

Westlife have confirmed that they have left Simon Cowell's record label Syco.

The Irish group told fans that after 13 years signed to the music mogul, it was "time for a change". The Sun reports that the foursome have signed a new multi-million pound deal with Sony RCA.

"Yes Gravity is the last album for us to make with Simon Cowell & his label," Mark Feehily wrote on Twitter. "We love&respect him&thank him for his part in WL! (sic)"

"Time for a new chapter. We are still very young&have lots of energy left in us so here's 2 the future! New label, new lease of 'life'!"

His bandmate Nicky Byrne added: "Truth is yes we have moved on from Syco records after a fantastic 13years.. But it is time for a change and it's very exciting..!"

Westlife, who recently began their eleventh arena tour, have scored 14 UK number one singles.

Matt Cardle 'refuses to share dressing room', Sounds to us like someone is already getting too big for their boots!

Matt Cardle has refused to share a dressing room with One Direction on the X Factor tour, as a result of the band's hyperactivity.

The 2010 series winner told OK that he had initially been keen to have the same conditions as all of the other contestants.

Cardle explained: "Two shows a day is quite knackering and full-on. I got there and they told me all of the male winners previously had had their own dressing rooms. But I was like 'No, I'm the same as them, I don't want my own dressing room'.

"But then one show with One Direction running around screaming their heads off and I said, 'Get me my own dressing room'.

"Not because I was being precious, but because I'm on last and have to wait the longest. When they're coming off stage all crazy, I'm just trying to warm my voice up."

Joel Benjamin Goonan (born 2 September 1989 in Manchester) is an English actor best known for his role as the villainous Garry "Gaz" Bennett in Hollyoaks.

Attended St. Matthew's RC High School from 2001 to 2006. Played Seymour Krelborn in his high school's production of Little Shop of Horrors.

Before that, he had guest roles in Waterloo Road, Doctors and Casualty. Joel Goonan left Hollyoaks in August 2010 and returned in early January 2011.

He has lots of interesting storylines coming up, especially his seduction of an older women.
