Jonathan Rhys Meyers

Meyers was born Jonathan Michael Francis O'Keeffe in Cork, Ireland to Geraldine Meyers and John O'Keeffe. His stage name is derived from his mother's maiden name, Meyers.

Rhys Meyers was born with a serious heart problem and was baptised shortly after his birth, as it was feared he would not survive long enough for a traditional baptism ceremony. He spent the first few months of his life in the hospital. Meyers still live in County Cork, Ireland. He has three younger brothers named Jamie, Alan and Paul.

When Rhys Meyers was three years old, his parents separated. His mother raised Jonathan and his brother Alan, while his other two brothers went to live at their grandmother's house with their father. They would not be in close contact for some years.

When Jonathan was a teenager, he befriended an Anglo-Irish gentleman farmer. He was taken in by the farmer and his family and went to live with them in at their home in Buttevant.

Rhys Meyers was expelled from school at age 16, and spent much of his time hanging out in pool halls. Casting agents looking for Irish boys to appear in War of the Buttons spotted Rhys Meyers at a Cork pool hall, the Victoria Sporting Club, and invited him to audition. Although he was passed over for War of the Buttons, the casting agents encouraged him to pursue a career in acting. His first film role came soon afterward, in A Man of No Importance (1994). In 1996 he appeared in Michael Collins, as Collins' assassin.

Supernatural Season 3 Trailer and Updates

The trailer for Season 3 of Supernatural has been released so here is a copy of it.

Also are some promo episode stills from Season 3.

I decided against posting spoilers, too many web sites have already done so, so lets just keep WhenOnlyHotWillDo about hot men and nothing else.

Jared and Jensen look excellent in Season 3 which is to be expected, still not sure about the addition of two new female cast members, but we shall be seeing a bit more flesh from both boys apparently which is definitely a good thing.

All the favourite cast members will be in Series 2 include Mitch Hewer (Maxxie) and Nicholas Hoult (Tony) Shown on the cover of Attitude Magazine Below.

Mitch Hewer is still my favourite actor in Skins, so another picture of him shirtless below.

I can't currently give you a cast list and breakdown of whos in the cast, basically because not all episodes are filmed yet, and also they are still going to audition for some minor parts in later episodes of Series 2.

    More Stuart Broad

    Broad_2

Key facts   Full Name: Stuart Broad    Born: June 24 1986, Nottingham      County: Leicestershire
Other Teams: England U19    Batting Style: Left-Hand Bat
    Bowling Style: Right-Arm Medium Fast

It doesn't take a particularly perspicacious watcher of the game to choose Chris Broad's son Stuart as one to be keeping a close eye on over the next few months and years. Still only 20 years old, this Leicestershire right-arm medium-fast bowler has attracted interest at the highest levels.

He has been playing first-class cricket since 2005 having shone brightly throughout his school-boy days, and although first touted as an opening batsman, has proved that the growth spurt that now sees him topping 6 foot, has been a gift to him as a bowler. He has an economy rate of 3.59 in first-class matches and although his One Day figures are far from that, he has not played enough for this to be meaningful.

In August 2006, the teen-aged Stuart made his debut for England in the day/night match at Sophia Gardens during the Pakistan ODI series. Not out at the end of the first innings, he went on to take the wicket of Shoaib Malik. Last April in the West Indies, in the ICC World Cup Super Eights, Broad was again not out, and showed some nifty fielding with a sharp catch off Flintoff's bowling to send Chris Gayle off the park.

Winning NBC Denis Compton Awards in both 2005 and 2006, and also garnering the Cricket Writers' Club Young Cricketer of the Year in 2006 are significant indicators that here is a true talent to be nurtured for the near and longer-term future.

Hopefully one of the major magazines will do a feature on him, and have him posing topless lol

    Supernatural Season 3 Update

Well there is still no firm date for the showing of Supernatural Season 3 in the UK, however ITV1 is currently showing re-runs of season 2 on Friday nights at 11pm.

ITV has confirmed the purchase of rights to Season 3 of Supernatural, and also Season 4 if there is going to be a season 4.

Season 3 will be shown on ITV2 with re-runs later on in 2008 on ITV1, due to ITV1 currently showing Season 2, its fairly certain that Season 3 won't be shown until the season 2 showings have finished.  ITV1 is currently showing episode 9, there's 22 episodes, so in theory season 3 will not be shown on ITV2 for at least 13 weeks which makes it around the beginning of December 2008.

Season 3 will be shown on The CW with the season premier on Thursday October 4th (9/8c)

I thought I might post the Season 2 Gag reel as well, its very funny, and worth watching.

    Kyle Carpenter

Talented musician/singer/performer/song writer, Kyle Carpenter, born and raised in Central Florida remembers the days of growing up playing baseball, ice hockey, snowboarding, swimming, wakeboarding and lazy days at the beach but nothing compares to the memories of performing with Mickey & Minnie and the gang at Walt Disney World in the Christmas production “Jolly Holidays” in front of thousands.

    Favorite meal: Mezzaluna Pasta
    Favorite drink: Lemonade, Sprite
Favorite clothes store: Abercrombie, Hollister, Diesel
    Favorite colour: Sky Blue

Having many speaking and singing parts in school and church plays starting with a solo in church at 18 months and loving every minute of it, nothing compared to the stage and lights of a Walt Disney World extravaganza. He was hooked on the reaction of the audience, family and friends.

So hooked, in fact, that he talked his parents into letting him finish high school early and move to Los Angeles California to continue the acting that he began in Florida. Quite fun were the commercials for Sea World, Busch Gardens, Briggs and Stratton, and Sony PlayStation to name a few, television shows like Big In America and Gene Simmons Family Jewels and live performances getting to work with notable professionals like Lou Pearlman and Gene Simmons. Many auditions required him to use his musical talent which includes playing the guitar, the drums, the piano and singing. One thing led to another and he is currently with the new boyband Streetwize launching in 2007.
